Tricia is an experienced professional with a Master of Social Work and an Education degree from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. With over10 years of experience, Tricia is skilled in supporting individuals experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. Her authentic, unique, trauma-informed approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their struggles and gain personal insight. Tricia also incorporates Mindfulness-Based interventions in her practice, offering a personalized, holistic approach to care.
