LIVING & MOVING WITH GRIEF

6 Week Series starting Spring 2025 

Participants can expect the following from the class:

  • A safe, non-judgmental space. ​

  • Guided discussions.

  • Emotional support.

  • Connections with others. ​

  • Learning how their body responds to grief.

  • Mindful movements to soothe physical grief and stress. ​

  • No prior yoga experience is necessary. ​

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

Are you struggling with anxiety or looking to prevent the relapse of depression? This group-based program is a game-changer. MBCT merges mindfulness with cognitive therapy, which empowers you to break free from negative thinking patterns and react more skillfully to life's challenges.

What to Expect:

  • 8-week program one day a week for 2 1/2 hours 

  • A mindfulness retreat day will be announced (stay tuned for an immersive experience!)
