Service Description

Participants can expect the following from the class: A safe, non-judgmental space. ​ Guided discussions. Emotional support. Connections with others. ​ Learning how their body responds to grief. Mindful movements to soothe physical grief and stress. ​ The class will teach mindful movements designed to soothe physical grief and stress. ​ No prior yoga experience is necessary. ​ The co-facilitators of the class are Christine McInnes, a Certified Grief Therapist from ACTive Minds Therapy, and Dawn Condon, a Certified Yoga Therapist from Connected Living Yoga & Wellness. ​
