Service Description
Participants can expect the following from the class: A safe, non-judgmental space. Guided discussions. Emotional support. Connections with others. Learning how their body responds to grief. Mindful movements to soothe physical grief and stress. The class will teach mindful movements designed to soothe physical grief and stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary. The co-facilitators of the class are Christine McInnes, a Certified Grief Therapist from ACTive Minds Therapy, and Dawn Condon, a Certified Yoga Therapist from Connected Living Yoga & Wellness.
